Microwave Scrambled Eggs

Microwave Cooking Time: 3 minutes, plus making toast
Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
4 eggs (size 2)
15g (1/2oz) butter
1 tablespoon milk
Salt
hot buttered toast, to serve
freshlt ground black pepper
2 parsley sprigs, to garnish (optional)
Place the eggs, milk, salt and pepper to taste in a alrge jug and beat well. Add the butter. Cook, uncovered, for 3 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached. Break up the mixture and beat gently after every minute. Serve on hot buttered toast garnish with parsely (optional)
