Microwave Baked Potato. Microwave baked potato recipe, preparation time 5 minutes, cooking time 12 minutes, serves 4 people.

Microwave Potato Bake
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Microwave Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
3 potatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Dill to taste
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Paprika
Peel and cube potatoes into half-inch chunks. Toss with onion in a buttered casserole. Generously dot with butter. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped dill. Cover. Microwave on full power for 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Let stand, covered, for three to five minutes or until cheese melts. If you wish to have a crispy topping, put the cheese topped casserole under the broiler for a minute or two.
